The benefits of eating raw desserts is that you are automatically avoiding some very common allergenic foods, including the 2 major ones: dairy and gluten. Most traditional desserts that we can think of contain both of these things. Another benefit of raw desserts is the fact that they are made from whole foods which are, from a nutrition point of view, a lot better for you then the processed alternatives.They also taste great!
